  • Unsubscribe requests will be processed promptly, and no later than 10 business days after the request is received.

  • All CEMs will include a clear and accurate subject line that reflects the content of the message.
  • The content of the message will not be false or misleading.

Data Protection and Privacy

  • W-World Media will comply with relevant data protection laws in the jurisdictions where it operates. This includes adhering to regulations such as the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) in the European Union, the CAN-SPAM Act in the United States, and other applicable laws.
  • Personal data collected for the purpose of sending CEMs will be stored securely and used solely for the purposes for which it was collected.

Record-Keeping

  • Records of consent, including the date and method of obtaining consent, will be maintained for accountability purposes.
